Basics of healthy living.

Monday, August 4th, 2008

I was eating lunch tuesday and watching the news at CNN. It was reported that the pharmacies were at their lowest in 10 years on prescription filled sales.

Our clinic which provides chhiropractic care, Vax-D, Ion cleanse, nutritional advices and products has been at one of its highest in delivery and sale.

Could this be a national trend?

Could this be the fact that more poeple realise it is more economical to keep a body health than try to fix it once very sick?

Here are the basics of healthy living:

  • good uncontaminated non-chemically treated water, 2-3 liters a day
  • natural organic free range eggs, beef, poultry and fish
  • plenty of fresh vegetables, some fruits and grains
  • eat organic as much as possible
  • sleep 7-9 hours a night, children 10-12 hours a night
  • have a good posture: chest up and abds tight
  • exercise daily
  • bathe or shower  as needed daily and brush your teeth after meals
  • keep your body free of parasites
  • take minerals- they are essential to the absorption of vitamins
  • have a positive out-look

The following blogs will adress each and every one of these points.

So here is your first tid-bit for a healthy living.

Enjoy!

Hidden Killers

Saturday, August 2nd, 2008

This is a summary of the book ” Hidden Killers” by, Dr Erik Enby, on the research of German Professor Dr Guenther Enderlein (1872-1968).

“Imagine for a moment that a medical doctor had created a miraculous remedy capable of curing any disease known to man.”

“In our imperfect world many research acheivements have been reduced to silence.”

This is a quote from the foreword of this book. I became quite interested, and the book was not a disappointment.

Dr Enderlein spent years as a bacteriologist researching, formulating and refining his theories of the life cycle of specific organisms and how they relate to disease.

The basic premise of medicine is that bacteria invade the body thus making a person sick. This is true for acute illnesses.

Dr Enderlein’s premise is that the blood and tissue cells contain small grains he calls “protits”. Changes in the body’s PH start a series of reactions that will lead to a mutation of the protits causing chronic illness if not stopped.

As of 1905, he knew that all cancer patients had parasites in their blood…1905!!!

His work was suppressed heavily, and during the Nazzi Reign, chemotherapy became more publicized and encouraged in the world of medecine. The book gives quite a depiction of these events.

The Protit is a living, non-moving, apathogenic (doesn’t cause disease) protein capable of developing into higher forms (14 stages) when the natural balance of the body is disturbed. When the PH value becomes more acidic, the protits start changing and could evolve into a disease. If the orgamism’s balance is not restored, he will be sick.

Out of the fourteen stages, the first four are beneficial; they help boost the immune system and fight the imbalance. But, if the mutation is allowed to continue, a chronic and life threatening illness may develop. A list of diseases from candida, TB, arthritis, heart condition, respiratory diseases, diabetes, leukemia and on and on is mentioned.

The book gives the following factors promoting the advancement and culmination of the protit: poor nutrition, lack of water intake, long term use of antibiotics, hormones, cortisone and other drugs. Abusive intake of alcohol, nicotine and addictive substances are also mentioned.

Dr Enderlein developed a series of biological medication and a whole chapter is devoted to them. They are produced today primarily by Sanum-Kehlbeck GmbH in Hoya, Germany.

The book also gives testimonials from American Doctors using these biological meds.

The second half of the book describes the “modern” approach to “treating” these illnesses and what biological medications could be used to “cure” those.

To summarize, the need to keep the blood PH around 7.2-7.4 is the key to good health and making sure your body is free of parasites.

In all, this book is a very good read. You should order one for yourself, and one for your doctor…
